DAYTONA BEACH – Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. recently sold a 17-acre vacant property along North Tomoka Farms Road, south of Daytona International Auto Mall.
The property, which is immediately south of the soon-to-open CarMax dealership, is on the west side of Interstate 95. The Auto Mall is less than a mile north of the recently sold property. The sale price was $3 million.
