Consolidated Tomoka owns over 11,000 acres of land in the Daytona Beach area. The Company's land straddles Interstate 95 for approximately 6.5 miles between International Speedway Boulevard (U.S. Highway 92) and State Road 40. Most of our land is located on the west side of I-95 and is within nine miles of the Atlantic Ocean.

We have several permitted development sites including, office, retail, industrial, and medical office that are ready for development. We also lease certain select self-development properties.
