President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Albright joined the Company in August 2011, as President and Chief Executive Officer.  He most recently was the Managing Director of Archon Capital, a Goldman Sachs Company located in Irving, Texas, involved with investing on behalf of the Goldman Sachs Real Estate Mezzanine Partners Fund. Before joining Archon, Mr. Albright held a similar position with Morgan Stanley and Crescent Real Estate Equities. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University.

Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Patten joined the Company in 2012. He serves as the Company’s CFO. He graduated from the University of Florida with a BS degree in accounting. He was most recently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of SolarBlue LLC. Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Legacy Healthcare Properties Trust Inc. and Simply Self Storage. Prior to those positions, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of CNL Hotels & Resorts, Inc. Mr. Patten began his career at KPMG where he spent twelve years and was named a partner in 1997. His experience involves various aspects of finance, accounting, real estate development and operations, financial and SEC reporting, and treasury management.

Senior Vice President - Real Estate Operations

Mr. Teeters joined the Company in 1979. He earned his undergraduate and Masters degrees in Business Administration from Florida State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is actively engaged in land sales activity and oversees development activity.

Vice President and Corporate Secretary

Ms. Crisp joined the Company in 1976. As corporate secretary, she is actively involved in corporate administration and shareholder relations. She is responsible for human resources, insurance, and office administration. She graduated from Warner Southern College with a BA degree in organizational management.

Vice President and Controller

Mr. Moothart joined the Company in 1983. He is responsible for all accounting, financial statements, tax compliance, cash management, and budgets, as well as the Company's MIS. He graduated from Washington State University with a BA degree in business administration.

Corporate Counsel

Ms. Thornton-Hill joined the Company in 2005.  As Corporate Counsel, she consults with management on a variety of legal matters and issues affecting the Company and its subsidiaries.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Central Florida and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law.  She is a member of the Florida Bar.

Director of Investments

Mr. Greathouse joined the Company in January 2012 and is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of income-producing properties, as well as other investment opportunities for the Company. He most recently was the Director of Finance at N3 Real Estate, a single-tenant triple net property developer.  Prior to N3, he was a Senior Associate at Morgan Stanley and Crescent Real Estate Equities involved in mezzanine investments.  He earned his undergraduate and Masters in Business Administration from Texas Christian University.

Land Information Manager

Ms. Girvin joined the Company in 1986. She is responsible for the Land Information System, ad valorem tax assessments, land records, and all sign leases and other land-related activities. She also handles all mineral/subsurface inquiries.
