DAYTONA BEACH – The original developers of the Cornerstone Office Park on the corner of LPGA and Williamson boulevards, near the new Tanger Outlets mall, have repurchased it nearly a decade after selling the two-building complex.
Former physicians Charles Duva and William Sawko built the first of the two buildings at Cornerstone in 2004 to provide a headquarters space for their growing medical billing and coding company DuvaSawko. Their company occupied the top 23,000-square-foot floor of the two story building while leasing the first floor to other tenants. They added a second building of the same size at Cornerstone in 2006.
