DAYTONA BEACH – The Tanger Outlets mall here that opened just before Thanksgiving is about to get new neighbors. A 264-unit luxury apartment complex under construction up the street is set to welcome its first residents Feb. 1.
Construction workers this past week were putting the finishing touches on the clubhouse/fitness center for the new Sands Parc Apartments. A 4-story building – one of several planned – that will offer 53 apartment units is set to be completed next month.
The 15-acre apartment complex formerly known as Integra Sands is located on the east side of Williamson Boulevard, one block north of LPGA Boulevard.
