New owners to relocate newly renamed Gary Yeomans Honda to Tomoka Farms Road early next year
DAYTONA BEACH — The row of auto dealers along North Tomoka Farms Road that includes Daytona International Auto Mall is about to get longer.
A partnership that includes local car dealer Gary Yeomans on June 22 completed its purchase of Hendrick Honda Daytona on Nova Road with plans to relocate it early next year to Tomoka Farms Road, immediately south of CarMax.
The dealership has been renamed Gary Yeomans Honda.
Across the street from the future home of Gary Yeomans Honda is the site of another planned addition to the growing auto row: a yet-to-be-announced dealership that will be run by Winter Park-based Holler-Classic Automotive Group.
Yeomans and his partners, which include South Florida auto dealer Terry Taylor, in late April paid $2.9 million to acquire a 30-acre site along North Tomoka Farms Road for their Honda dealership from Daytona Beach-based Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co.
